Team Car Care West, LLC in Kent, WA is seeking a Crew Chief to join our management team. You will work with the GM to guide the crew, boost sales, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

You will receive leadership training and opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced auto-retail environment. You will help set direction, coach teammates, and drive daily operations, including budgeting, inventory, and safety practices, while maintaining a guest-first mindset and strong team

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, high-performance retail environment.
• Legal to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to drive revenue through guest count and lead measures.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service and guest experience.
• Set a positive example, build engagement and team efficiency.
• Develop teammates via internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Perform opening/closing duties when GM is off duty.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Manage inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Enforce safety rules and procedures; assist guests as needed.
