Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief at our Duvall, WA location. You will supervise the crew, partner with the General Manager to improve guest satisfaction, and guide daily operations to ensure smooth service and growth.

The role offers leadership development, training opportunities, and a clear path to higher responsibilities in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Understand retail industry and financial objectives.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to guide the crew, drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Set daily direction and lead team huddles and meetings.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and presentable service center.
