Insulation Commandos of Charlotte is a veteran-founded, independently operated insulation contractor in Charlotte. We seek an Insulation Technician/ Crew Chief to expand our team and lead on-site installations, removals, radiant barriers, and air sealing while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to undergo training and certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Insulation Installation: Install various types of insulation materials in walls and ceilings.
• Insulation Removal: Safely remove old insulation with minimal damage to structures.
• Radiant Barrier Installation: Install radiant barriers to improve energy efficiency.
• Rodent Mitigation: Seal openings to prevent pests from entering insulated spaces.
• Air Sealing: Identify and seal air leaks to optimize energy efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project success.
