Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience

• Proven leadership capable of motivating diverse teams
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew and collaborate with the GM to drive revenue growth and improve guest count metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training, providing ongoing guidance and direction.
• Ensure quality control, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and scheduling; work with the DM on initiatives.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Set clear direction for the team and lead daily huddles and store meetings.
