Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to join our store leadership team in Matteson, IL. You will work closely with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive sales, and ensure top-tier guest experiences.

This role offers leadership growth and hands-on training across multiple automotive and retail tasks. You will lead daily huddles, manage inventory, and support budgeting and forecasts while maintaining safety standards and a guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to read safety rules and manuals.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM with budgeting and sales forecasts.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Monitor inventory and product ordering.
• Ensure clean, safe, presentable service center.
• Develop teammates through training program.
• Provide guest assistance in person, electronically, or via phone.
