Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking a Crew Chief to join the management team at our Carol Stream location. You will lead the crew alongside the General Manager, ensure smooth operations, guide training, and focus on delivering a great guest experience while increasing sales.

You will mentor technicians and CSAs, manage opening/closing duties, assist with budgeting and forecasts, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew under the GM and drive revenue growth through guest count and core metrics.
• Coach and train team using internal program and provide ongoing guidance and direction.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls; set clear direction for the team.
