You’ll receive training across different jobs, grow your leadership skills, participate in budgeting and inventory tasks, and have clear paths for advancement within our growing automotive service network.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and train and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training and ongoing guidance.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store efficiency.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, sales forecasting, and expense controls.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and presentable service center per standards.
