WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 per hour.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

Your duties will include assisting in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business. You will help in assigning employee duties, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for keeping our team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials, ensuring all employees understand food preparation and service to guarantee exceptional customer experiences.

You will also support the development and growth of team members by conducting training for new employees and providing refresher training for current staff. Supervising employee performance and behavior, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high service standards are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will monitor and review time cards daily, adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs, enforce portion control measures, and maintain security protocols. Administrative duties include handling cash receipts, reconciling funds, and making daily deposits.
