WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

Your duties will include assisting in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business. You will help in assigning employee duties, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for keeping our team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials, ensuring all employees understand food preparation and service to guarantee exceptional customer experiences.

You will support the development and growth of team members by assisting in training new employees and providing refresher training for current staff. Supervising employee performance and behavior to ensure adherence to company policies and high service standards is also essential. You will monitor and review time cards daily, adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs, and minimize overtime. Enforcing portion control measures, maintaining security protocols, checking deliveries, and performing administrative duties such as handling cash receipts, reconciling funds, and making deposits are also part of your responsibilities.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• Ability to speak and read English
• Good communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Relevant experience is preferred but not required
