We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12 - $15 per hour.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

Your duties will include assisting in the preparation and readiness of personnel, equipment, and supplies to meet the needs of the business. You will help in assigning employee duties, encouraging teamwork, and promoting a collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for keeping our team informed about new menu items, specials, and promotional materials, ensuring all employees understand food preparation and service standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will also support the development and growth of team members by conducting training for new employees and providing refresher training for current staff. Supervising employee performance and behavior, ensuring adherence to company policies, and maintaining high standards of service are key responsibilities. Attention to detail is essential; you will monitor and review time cards daily, adjust schedules to meet restaurant needs, enforce portion control measures, maintain security protocols, check deliveries for accuracy and quality, and handle administrative tasks such as cash receipts, fund reconciliation, and daily deposits.
