SERVPRO of North East Chester County is hiring a Restoration Crew Chief / Supervisor in Spring City, PA. The role requires coordinating production, supervising technicians, and ensuring safety while driving customer satisfaction.

Compensation includes hourly pay with overtime and bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits. The team focuses on delivering high-quality restoration services and maintaining strong client relationships throughout projects.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
• Manage customer experience and overall satisfaction tracked with online reviews.
• Communicate expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities.
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
• Manage labor and consumables on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project manager and office staff on progress and issues.
• Follow OSHA guidelines for job safety.
• Coach and train restoration technicians.

SERVPRO of North East Chester County is hiring a Restoration Crew Chief / Supervisor in Spring City!

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification a plus, not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Pay

$20–$24 an hour (starting) with overtime pay and bonuses
