Job summary

International Cosmetics & Perfumes in San Diego is seeking a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) to execute the customer experience and sales strategy at Bloomingdales Fashion Valley. You will champion Creed brand presence and support the sales team in reaching store targets.

This role requires at least 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fragrance or luxury goods. Strong communication, relationship-building, and event support are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred
• Experience demonstrating strong sales in the retail/fragrance industry
• Comfortable working in a retail environment and building relationships
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, event planning and organizational skills
• Good technical computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools
• Flexible and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Physical ability to move in store and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience while supporting out of home base sales
• Drive store sales by supporting Creed Sales Team across designated stores in the market
• Achieve personal sales goals to promote Creed and intersell including launches
• Execute market calendar action plans, presell launches and in-store events
• Engage customers to build and promote brand awareness
• Support and attend monthly and department-wide meetings with management
• Partner with manager and team to drive all aspects of the business
• Lead event presell, goals and setup
• Open and close responsibilities if position is based in a boutique location
