The attorney will manage a high-volume caseload focused on creditors' rights, collections, enforcement actions, and foreclosure-related matters, from inception through resolution, with client-facing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation experience, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling creditors' rights, collections, enforcement, or related civil litigation matters.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience managing a high-volume caseload with substantial independence.
• Motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience.
• Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Interest in expanding into foreclosure and related litigation areas preferred.
• Prior supervisory, mentoring, or team leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload involving creditors' rights, collections, enforcement, and related civil matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Develop case strategies and evaluate litigation risks and exposure.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, developments, and recommendations.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal guidance.
• Oversee case progression from intake through resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Assist with foreclosure and default-related litigation matters as needed.
• Maintain compliance with court rules, deadlines, and client requirements.
