You will advise on complex lender issues and draft critical documents while collaborating with a team of legal professionals. Ideal candidates hold a JD, are licensed in the state, and bring 3+ years of creditor rights experience.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state.
• Minimum 3 years of attorney experience focused on creditor rights.
• Experience in foreclosure, financial institutions, bankruptcy, and replevin.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
