Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of creditors’ rights matters from intake through resolution.
• Represent creditors in collection, enforcement, or related litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other legal documents
• Handle court appearances, hearings, and settlement negotiations
