Qualifications

• Must be licensed and located in Oklahoma.
• 1–3 years of creditor’s rights and civil litigation experience preferred.
• Ability to develop case-level litigation strategy and manage dockets and pleadings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy and zealously represent clients in court proceedings.
• Partner with internal team to efficiently manage dockets, pleadings, and case management.
• Negotiate settlements with defendants and opposing counsel and navigate escalated litigation.
