Job summary

Stenger & Stenger PC is seeking a tenacious Attorney licensed and located in the Atlanta area to join our team in retail consumer collections. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of creditor’s rights and civil litigation experience and will contribute to all aspects of case generation and litigation.

You will develop litigation strategy, manage dockets, prepare pleadings, and negotiate settlements while collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Qualifications

• JD required with active bar admission in good standing
• 1–3 years of experience in creditor’s rights and civil litigation
• Willingness to travel regionally to Georgia courts

Responsibilities

• Develop case-level litigation strategy and zealously represent clients at court proceedings
• Partner with internal team to manage dockets, pleadings, and case management
• Negotiate settlements with defendants and opposing counsel
• Leverage technology to monitor changes in laws or regulations and drive efficiency
