Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy and zealously represent clients at court proceedings.
• Manage dockets, prepare pleadings, and coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Negotiate settlements, defend against counterclaims, and navigate escalated litigation matters.
• Leverage technology to monitor changes in laws/regulations and improve team efficiency.
• Travel regionally to appear at courts throughout Arkansas.
