The role targets creditor’s rights and civil litigation with 1–3 years of relevant experience and the ability to handle case generation and litigation end-to-end. You will collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, manage dockets and pleadings, negotiate settlements, and appear in regional courts.

Qualifications

• Arkansas-licensed attorney with 1–3 years of creditor’s rights and civil litigation.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to manage dockets and pleadings.
• Willingness to travel regionally for court appearances and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy.
• Represent clients at court proceedings.
• Prepare pleadings and manage dockets.
• Negotiate settlements and defend against counterclaims.
