Stenger & Stenger, P.C. is seeking an attorney licensed and located in Arkansas, near Little Rock, to join our retail consumer collections team.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of creditor’s rights and civil litigation experience and will contribute to all aspects of file generation and litigation. This role reports to our state lead and requires teamwork, dependability, and collaboration with support staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Arkansas.
• 1–3 years of experience in creditor’s rights and civil litigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy and zealously represent clients in court.
• Manage dockets, prepare pleadings, and coordinate with internal attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Negotiate settlements with defendants and opposing counsel, defend against counterclaims, and handle escalated litigation matters.
• Leverage the latest technology and regulatory updates to improve efficiency and stay compliant.
• Travel regionally to appear in Arkansas courts and maintain good standing with the Arkansas Bar.
