Qualifications

• Licensed in Oklahoma and in good standing
• 1–3 years of creditor’s rights and civil litigation experience
• Ability to develop case-level litigation strategy and draft pleadings

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy for creditor’s rights cases
• Represent clients at court proceedings with zeal and professionalism
• Manage dockets, prepare pleadings, and coordinate with paralegals and staff
• Negotiate settlements and navigate escalated litigation matters to resolve disputes
