Qualifications

• Active Arkansas Bar membership.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, or creditors' rights.
• Strong foundation in civil procedure and motions practice.
• Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA.
• JD from an accredited law school.
