Qualifications

• 1–3 years of legal experience preferred, especially in collections, foreclosure, or creditors’ rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage the North Carolina legal practice end-to-end.
• Represent the firm in hearings across North Carolina.
• Handle contested matters, including discovery and trials.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Audits of conditions precedent and compliance with collections requirements.
