Telhio Credit Union in Columbus, OH, seeks an Operations Support Representative to provide essential front-line and back-office support. The role includes processing deposits/loans, mobile deposits, online transfers, and coordinating with Accounting, Collections, Fraud, Risk, Legal, and IT to ensure high-quality member service.

The position emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and compliance, with responsibilities spanning account maintenance, legal document processing, and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-3 years in Back Office Operations, Call Center, or Retail Banking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process core database ticket requests and document file maintenance changes.
• Review and process mobile deposit submissions.
• Monitor online banking external transfers for fraud and verify ACH setups with members.
• Communicate with members via secure messaging regarding activity.
• Assist staff and members with online banking and bill payment issues.
• Answer daily calls from retail staff regarding member issues.
• Partner with Fraud and Risk to support detection and resolution of suspicious activity.
• Perform updates on share accounts, process charge-offs, and manage transfers and refunds.
• Review legal documents (garnishments, subpoenas, tax levies) within required periods.
• Ensure data security and privacy practices are upheld.
