Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or software development.
• 7+ years in IT operations or infrastructure support.
• Experience with Windows Server 2019–2025.
• Proficient in HyperV and VMware vSphere.
• Familiarity with Veeam backups and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of Cisco networking and devices.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Windows Server environments.
• Administer HyperV and VMware virtualization.
• Manage backups with Veeam and storage capacity.
• Support security controls and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide Tier 2/3 help desk escalation and cross-team support.
• Coordinate with application teams and vendors.
