• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and active listening.
• Ability to handle upset or anxious members professionally.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services preferred.
• Pass background check including credit, drug screen, and criminal history.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes proper phone etiquette throughout the call.
• Answer queue quickly to meet service level goals.
• Handle a high percentage of calls per agent.
• Process financial transactions and account disputes.
• Assist members with ATM and card issues.
• Open and close accounts and maintain records.
• Correspond via email/chat/secure messages.
• Quality assurance and call monitoring.
• Promote products and services to members.
• Demonstrate active listening and effective questioning.
• Maintain knowledge of Telhio products and procedures.
• Contribute to contact center goals and comply with policies.
