Job summary

Bridge Credit Union in Eaton, OH is seeking a Branch Manager to lead regional branches, ensure policy compliance, and deliver excellent member service.

You will train and supervise staff, develop new business relationships, and oversee a full range of credit union services while maintaining high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Three to five years similar or related experience.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.
• Understanding of sales and promotion techniques.
• Familiarity with credit union branch functions, policies and procedures.

Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the regional credit union branches. Ensures established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Ensures members are promptly and professionally served. Responsible for the development of new business relationships with prospective members and prospective businesses. Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff.

• Thorough knowledge of credit union services and products.
• Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements.

Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Saturday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
