Credit Trainee Program, a structured development path for recent graduates to build a career in credit. Trainees gain hands-on experience in credit operations, customer accounts, financial processes, and decision-making while rotating through teams across the business. Participants receive coaching, mentorship, and practical experience to develop skills and knowledge to advance within the credit organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or expected degree completion prior to program start.
• Interest in a career in credit, finance, business, or management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and learning financial concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Collaborative, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
• Demonstrated initiative and interest in professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support day-to-day credit operations and customer account management.
• Review account activity, payment history, and credit information to support credit decisions.
• Assist with collections, account discrepancies, and customer credit-related questions.
• Develop knowledge of financial information, risk assessment, and credit policies.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand how Credit supports the business.
• Participate in rotational learning, coaching, and mentorship opportunities.
• Take on increasing responsibility as knowledge and experience develop.

Job Summary:
The S.O.A.R. Credit Trainee Program is a structured development opportunity for recent college graduates looking to build a career in credit.
