Responsibilities

• Learn and support day-to-day credit operations and account management.
• Review account activity, payment history, and credit information to support decisions.
• Assist with collections, discrepancies, and credit-related inquiries.
• Develop knowledge of financial information, risk assessment, and credit policies.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and teams to understand Credit's role.
• Participate in rotational learning, coaching, and mentorship opportunities.
• Take on increasing responsibility as knowledge grows.
