Trainees gain hands-on experience with customer accounts, payment histories, risk assessment, and credit decision-making while rotating through Sales, Operations, and other teams. Coaching and mentorship support growth within USESI's credit organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or expected degree completion before program start.
• Interest in credit, finance, business or management.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with numbers and learning financial concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support day-to-day credit operations and account management.
• Review account activity, payment history, and credit info to support decisions.
• Assist with collections, discrepancies, and credit-related questions.
• Develop knowledge of financial information, risk assessment, and policies.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand Credit’s role.
• Participate in rotational learning, coaching, and mentorship opportunities.
• Take on increasing responsibility as knowledge grows.

The S.O.A.R. Credit Trainee Program is a structured development opportunity for recent college graduates looking to build a career in credit.
