Responsibilities

• Learn and support day-to-day credit operations and customer account management.
• Review account activity, payment history, and credit information to support credit decisions.
• Assist with collections, account discrepancies, and customer credit-related questions.
• Develop knowledge of financial information, risk assessment, and credit policies.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand how Credit supports the business.
• Participate in rotational learning, coaching, and mentorship opportunities.
• Take on increasing responsibility as knowledge and experience develop.

Job Summary: The S.O.A.R. Credit Trainee Program is a structured development opportunity for recent college graduates looking to build a career in credit.
