Job summary

Trimont in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Associate in Transaction & Processing (New Loan Servicing) to analyze commercial loan agreements, configure servicing requirements within the loan servicing platform, and establish procedures to support effective loan administration.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial real estate loan servicing, a BS/BA, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, loan servicing, or financial services.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, industry terminology, and adjustable-rate mortgage loans.
• Ability to analyze complex loan documents and accurately implement loan terms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new loan and investor onboarding, ensuring timely completion and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
• Review loan documents and oversee accurate setup within the servicing system.
• Manage workflow assignments, shared mailboxes, and cross-functional communications.
• Partner with vendors and offshore teams to resolve exceptions and operational issues.
• Support process improvements, procedure development, and compliance initiatives.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
