Job summary

Trimont, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, seeks an Associate Director for Credit Solutions (Special Servicing) to manage disbursements, transfers, and research requests in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will liaise with internal teams and Senior Servicers, handling high-volume workflows with discretion and judgment.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/Business/Finance/Accounting and 5+ years in CRE loan management or related areas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Loan Management, workout, restructuring, special servicing, and/or property repositioning.
• Demonstrated capacity to achieve results in a dynamic setting.
• Strong privacy and discretion handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support Special Servicing operations through managing disbursements, transfers, research requests, and escalations.
• Serve as liaison between Special Servicers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Review loan documents and process disbursements, payments, and wire requests.
• Assist with transfer of loans into/out of Special Servicing following documented processes.
• Handle high volume daily activity, emails, and transactions accurately.
