Trimont, a premier global commercial real estate loan services provider, seeks a senior professional to lead and support complex loan servicing initiatives. You will review, analyze, and process daily transactions while upholding policy, regulatory, and loan agreement requirements.

The role emphasizes process improvement, risk mitigation, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver accurate results. Proven experience in real estate finance and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
7+ years of Transactions and Processing experience or equivalent.
Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret client needs.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; manage sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Lead or support complex Transactions and Processing initiatives, contributing to strategic planning and deliverables.
Review and analyze business, operational, and technical issues; provide recommendations to improve processes and controls.
Review, approve, and process complex loan intake and money movement transactions.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and loan agreements.
Partner with stakeholders, internal teams, and customers to resolve issues and achieve objectives.
Lead projects, mentor team members, and support training and procedural documentation.
Monitor audit exceptions, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to strengthen controls.
