The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of mortgage loan servicing experience and a collaborative leadership style to guide a team through complex processes, while maintaining effective controls and cross-training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business accounting, or 4 additional years of work experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of mortgage lending experience with knowledge of products, processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and loan systems (Symitar, Mortgagebot, Centerpoint).
• Ability to lead, develop, and coach a centralized servicing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized servicing for real estate and consumer loans to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Ensure servicing standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements are applied across lending products.
• Develop cross-training to cover all servicing disciplines and products.
• Maintain internal controls and monitor performance, quality, and compliance.
