Job summary

The role requires expertise in SQL, databases, Unix/Windows, ITIL, and observability. You will lead incident response, automate monitoring, and partner with global teams to strengthen controls and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, databases, Unix and Windows in investment banking.
• Familiar with ITIL concepts and configuration management tools.
• Experience with Autosys or similar batch monitoring tools.
• Own and drive end-to-end reliability improvements.
• Strong observability, alert quality, and signal hygiene skills.
• Understanding of follow-the-sun model and offshore collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for complex issues and improve service for clients.
• Perform preventive maintenance and monitor system performance.
• Maintain a knowledge base of resolved cases for future reference.
• Analyze logs to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Drive automation and monitoring enhancements to improve stability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risk and governance.
