Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
• 5+ years experience in Credit Management, Internal Controls, Auditing, Risk Management or other relevant line of business.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly document findings and present conclusions to senior management.
• Advanced understanding of the regulatory environment and how the risks of the products and services the bank offers are viewed by the Second Line of Defense and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Credit Risk QC program for the CIB First Line of Defense.
• Identify credit and control weaknesses and support remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with Credit Professionals, Risk Managers and regulators on issues management and remediation.
