Qualifications

• Seasoned professional with strong analytical background and banking experience.
• Knowledge of economic, financial and accounting principles; financial markets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel in risk reporting and analytics.
• Understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation and leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and ability to multitask in a regulatory setting.
• Fully bilingual in English and another language.
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk or related field.
• MBA or similar master’s degree in business, finance or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance metrics for portfolios and concentrations.
• Develop a quality framework to ensure accuracy of reports and analytics.
• Serve as primary contact with third-parties evaluating portfolio risk.
• Ensure regulatory and management reporting is delivered on time and accurately.
• Provide data and samples for regulatory exams, audits and reviews.
• Lead policy development and implementation through analysis and proposals.
• Lead risk mitigation controls to limit risks from portfolio segments.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Accounting and Product Development to enhance tools and reporting.
