Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to manage credit risk across an assigned portfolio and provide analysis to support decisions. You will interact with relationship managers, Special Assets, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate risk reviews and compliant handling of accounts.

The role requires 3+ years in lending with strong financial analysis skills and will be hybrid or remote within the Fulton Bank footprint, with quarterly travel to Lancaster, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
• 3+ years consumer, commercial, or small business lending experience.
• Financial analysis skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk for an assigned portfolio and monitor delinquency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Special Assets; support customer interactions.
• Provide credit and financial analysis with recommendations on risk and exposure.
• Ensure reviews follow policy and communicate results to customers and operations.
• Review requests for Fixed Rate Advance, loan modifications, and subordination.
