Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. The role focuses on credit review, risk management, and analytical support for a portfolio of accounts within a hybrid/remote work setup across the Fulton Bank footprint including VA.

The incumbent will provide credit analysis, risk assessments, and timely recommendations to protect asset quality while maintaining excellent customer relationships and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
• 3 or more years consumer, commercial, or small business lending experience.
• Financial analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk for an assigned portfolio upon triggers or alerts, or for lines of credit approaching the end of the draw period.
• Interact with stakeholders to understand the customer’s situation and future intentions.
• Provide analysis of credit and financial information and decision recommendations for high risk accounts or those outside established metrics.
• Ensure credit review and risk rating practices are continuous, complete, and accurate.
• Review and decision Fixed Rate Advance, loan modification, and subordination requests; communicate with settlement agents and lenders.
• May have responsibility for the management and execution of the Small Business Trigger model.
• May conduct the financial analyses on portfolio lines of credit approaching the end of the draw period, using End of Draw criteria.
• May have expanded role within CRM system and serve as lead contact for junior staff and external customers.
