Fulton Bank in Lancaster County, PA is seeking a credit risk analyst to manage credit risk for a Business Banking portfolio with exposures up to $1 million. This full-time role can be hybrid or remote within the Fulton Bank footprint, with quarterly travel to Lancaster, PA.

The incumbent will perform credit review, analysis, and risk management, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliant, well-documented reviews and timely decisions for lines of credit as they near end-draw periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years consumer, commercial, or small business lending experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Strong financial analysis and credit structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk for an assigned portfolio upon triggers or alerts and make recommendations per policy.
• Interact with stakeholders regularly and act as liaison between relationship manager and Special Assets.
• Provide analysis of credit and financial information and recommendations for high risk accounts.
• Ensure reviews and risk ratings are complete, documented, and accurate.
• Review fixed rate advances, loan modifications, and subordination requests with supporting documentation.
