You will serve as the SME for Account Management processes, performing credit reviews, risk analysis, and recommendations to manage credit exposure up to $1 million. The role requires 3+ years lending experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong financial analysis skills, and the ability to interact with relationship managers and Special

• 3 or more years consumer, commercial, or small business lending experience.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk for an assigned portfolio upon triggers or alerts, or for lines of credit approaching the end of the draw period.
• Interact with necessary stakeholders to understand the customer's situation and future intentions; act as liaison between relationship manager and Special Assets.
• Provide analysis of credit and financial information and decision recommendations for high risk accounts.
• Ensure credit review and risk rating practices are complete and accurate; present reviews with detailed recommendations to management.
• Review and decide on Fixed Rate Advance, loan modification, and subordination requests; communicate with settlement agents and lenders.
