Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: business administration or related field.
• 3 or more years consumer, commercial, or small business lending experience.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Financial analysis (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk for an assigned portfolio, advising next steps per policy and procedures.
• Liaise with relationship managers, Special Assets, and other stakeholders to support clients.
• Provide credit and financial analysis with recommendations for high-risk accounts.
• Ensure reviews are complete and communicate results to customers and operations.
• Review and decide on fixed rate advances, loan modifications, and subordination requests.
• May manage the Small Business Trigger model.
• May conduct portfolio analyses near end of draw period to determine renewal eligibility.
• Lead CRM system contact for junior staff and external customers when management is unavailable.
