• Knowledge of credit reporting procedures and compliance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delinquent consumer loans and past-due accounts.
• Communicate with account holders about balances and payment plans.
• Negotiate payment solutions and follow up on missed payments.
• Document collection activity and account updates accurately.
• Assist with consumer credit reporting and disputes.
• Use e-OSCAR for credit reporting disputes.
