• Ability to manage and develop credit operations processes and systems.
• Strong project management and leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Willingness to travel 5–15%.
• Location preference: McKinney, TX with remote work flexibility.
