Proficient in data management and analytics, the role demands a comprehensive understanding of technology, including Microsoft products, Power BI, Bectran, and Alteryx, to facilitate report creation, data analysis, and forecasting. Reporting directly to the VP of Credit Operations or Senior Credit Operations Manager, the position requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse departments, manage projects, and contribute to team discussions and training initiatives, while maintaining a self-motivated, organized, and autonomous work ethic in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
