Qualifications

• Experience with business intelligence tools and A/B testing, trend/cohort analysis, and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop analytics teams supporting Product, Operations, and Customer Solutions analytics.
• Oversee product performance analytics, experimentation strategy, and funnel analysis.
• Supervise delinquency/collections analytics, reporting, and vendor evaluation.
• Guide servicing/CX analytics and root-cause analysis to improve customer experience.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into analytics roadmaps.
