Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in credit operations, credit management, or collections.
• Proficiency in data management and analytics with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Bectran, and Alteryx.
• Ability to design and manage credit operations processes and systems.
• Strong project management and leadership experience in a corporate environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Willingness to travel 5–15% as required.
• Location: McKinney, Texas with hybrid remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and enhancement of credit operations systems using Technology platforms (Power BI, Alteryx).
• Oversee audits, testing regimes, and documentation for current systems.
• Analyze and forecast credit data to inform strategic decisions and business development.
