Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Credit Analysts and Credit leadership.
• Gather, organize, maintain, and update client, debtor, accounts receivable, and credit-related information.
• Prepare reports, supporting documentation, and materials for portfolio reviews, debtor reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Track requests, follow-ups, action items, and account maintenance activities to ensure timely completion.
• Support special projects, research requests, data analysis activities, and process improvement initiatives.
