Job summary

Equifax, Inc. seeks a Junior Credit Investigator to resolve customer requests and serve as the primary liaison between clients, consumers, and Equifax. You will investigate using phone, email, web research, and data repositories such as FACT and eOSCAR.

You will conduct credit-based research, coordinate with creditors, and document findings. Office hours are Mon–Fri 10:30a–7p with an hourly rate of $20.00.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in call centers is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Credit experience/knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit-based research tasks and online research.
• Conduct conference calls between consumers and creditors.
• Provide insights to operations leadership.
• Validate and document requested data via phone, fax, or email.
• Perform document review and audit.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within own scope of work.
